Newly Diagnosed Gift Basket Request

Are you or is someone you know a recently diagnosed breast cancer survivor in the San Antonio area? If so, we would love to send you a gift basket. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of the gift basket. Limit one gift basket per person. Survivor MUST be in Bexar County. If survivor resides outside of San Antonio, please visit Komen's website to find a local Affiliate near the newly diagnosed.
